Rodney grew up on the back of a well drilling rig, learning all his skills from his late grandfather. With years of hands-on experience, he’s a highly skilled professional licensed to drill in four states. As one of our owners, Rodney is known not only for his expertise but also for his kind nature, hands-on approach, and willingness to help others. He is a devoted father, and you can guarantee you’ll see a child in our office; family is at the heart of everything we do. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys grilling a perfect steak, hitting the golf course, hunting with his two boys, and spending quality time with his wife. He also helps coach his son's baseball team, the Memphis Tigers, and runs yearly in the St. Jude Marathon.
